At Plastic Ocean Summit, one of two main presentations highlighted by the government and corporate sector will be the official Ocean Guardian concept. Ocean Guardian program has been developed by OACM and it presents a financially sustainable program which is highly efficient in the creation and expansion of White Flag CSMAs - plastic-free marine areas – and the preservation of the natural resources. The companies who are Ocean Guardians for designated areas will be officially presented in the POS promotion corner and will have the opportunity to place their products on disposal for the consumers during the summit. This is highly recommended for hotels, tour operators and airline companies in the tourism industry sector who provide their services in OACM and non-OACM countries.
